Pract•ad•goal is a word host Heather Holloway created. It is the sum total of the words ‘practical advancement goal.’ Her intention with this podcast is to teach entrepreneurs how to advance their careers with practical social media marketing advice.
We’re switching up the usual program in this episode to discuss the foundation of any life success you dream of. That’s your health! An entrepreneur’s daily life involves sitting and sitting for hours on end!
I brought fitness expert Maureen “Mo” Cooper to help us. At age 39, Mo turned her life around. Living with Multiple Sclerosis and busy being a full-time mom, she had never exercised before and felt she was not living, just surviving. But by making small changes to her diet and fitness habits, Mo lost weight, felt great, and started coaching boot camps.
Mo is certified in personal training and nutrition coaching, so there’s no one better than Mo to teach us small, doable strategies for improving our mental and physical fitness.
